Creating an Account

Navigate to secrets.ai in any browser. Click "Sign Up."

Enter an email address and choose a password. No real name. No phone number. No social media account connection. The account activates immediately.

You receive 200 Moments as a one-time starting credit — this is Secrets AI's virtual currency, used for actions like image and video generation. You also gain access to the full character library from the moment your account is created.

The entire signup process takes under 60 seconds.

A note on email privacy: The platform only uses your email for account recovery and subscription-related notifications. There is no requirement for your primary email address. A dedicated account created for this purpose works fine.

Choosing a Character to Chat With

After logging in, you arrive at the character library. Two paths are available:

Path 1 — Select a pre-built character. Approximately 94 hyper-realistic female characters are available, plus some anime-style options. Each has a preset personality, appearance, and backstory. You can start a conversation immediately.

Path 2 — Create your own character. The first custom character is free to create. Additional characters cost 1,000–1,500 Moments each. Custom creation gives you control over appearance (ethnicity from 9 options, body type from 6, eye color, skin tone, hairstyle) and personality (confidence, playfulness, dominance, intelligence presets, plus free-text description for specific traits).

The most influential customization input is the free-text additional details field. Describing exactly what kind of personality, relationship dynamic, or specific traits you want here shapes every conversation that follows. Generic inputs produce generic companions; specific inputs produce tailored ones.

When you finish creating a character, four images are auto-generated at no Moments cost.

Your First Conversation

Opening a character brings you to the chat interface. Conversation starters are displayed — use them or write your own opening.

Free tier limits to know:

• 20 messages per day maximum
• 500-character limit per message
• Memory covers only the last 2–3 exchanges — no continuity between sessions

The AI calibrates to your communication style quickly. The first 3–5 messages you send establish the tone the AI will follow for the session. If you want a specific dynamic — casual, romantic, scenario-based — introduce it early rather than mid-session.

Roleplay scenarios: more than 100 pre-built options are available, including office settings, domestic dynamics, academic contexts, and fantasy themes. For custom scenarios, the more specific your setup in the character profile, the more coherent the scenario behavior from the opening message.

Using Media Features

Images

Image generation costs 25–50 Moments per image and is available on Lite tier and above. Within any chat session, you can trigger image generation to receive a companion image reflecting the current conversation context.

The four images generated when you created your character are available from the character profile at no additional cost. Use these to evaluate image quality before spending Moments on additional generation.

Video Clips

Video generation is Secrets AI's most distinctive feature. The process: select an existing companion image, write a prompt describing the action or movement you want, wait approximately 2 minutes for processing.

Short 3-second clips cost approximately 50 Moments. Full-length clips cost approximately 600 Moments. This is the most Moments-intensive feature on the platform — budget accordingly.

If you have 200 free starter Moments, you can test a short clip (50 Moments) and still have 150 Moments remaining for image generation and exploration.

Voice Calls

Six voice profiles are available, rated 4.3/5 for quality. Voice calls cost 100 Moments per minute. The tone adapts to conversation context rather than delivering flat audio output.

On lower Moments allocations (Free with 200 total, Lite with 1,000/month), voice calls consume a significant portion of your budget. Track session length actively.

Managing Your Moments Balance

Moments management is the part of Secrets AI that trips up new users most often. The hierarchy of cost from least to most:

Text messages use 1–2 Moments each — essentially negligible on any paid plan with unlimited messaging.

Image generation at 25–50 Moments per image is moderate — 100 images cost roughly 2,500–5,000 Moments, well within Premium's 8,000 monthly allocation but tight on Plus (3,000 Moments).

Voice calls at 100 Moments per minute add up quickly in extended sessions. 30 minutes of voice equals 3,000 Moments — the entire Plus monthly allocation.

Full video clips at ~600 Moments each are the ceiling. A single full video on a Lite plan (1,000 Moments total) leaves only 400 Moments for everything else that month.

Practical approach: On the free tier, test images first (4–8 available with 200 Moments) before using any on video. On Plus, decide whether you use video occasionally or regularly — if regularly, Premium's 8,000 Moments is more workable than Plus's 3,000.

Enabling Privacy Features

Secrets AI's Privacy features are worth setting up before you engage in sensitive conversations.

Private Mode: Activate it at the start of any conversation where you want end-to-end encryption. It also prevents that conversation from being used for AI training. Private Mode is per-conversation — it does not apply globally or retroactively. Enable it at the start of each specific session.

Billing: Your subscription charges will appear as "Sun Clinical Laboratories" on bank statements. No visible reference to Secrets AI or adult content.

Account anonymity: You signed up with only an email and password — no further personal information is tied to your account.

Troubleshooting Common Problems

Hit your daily message limit: Free accounts cap at 20 messages per day. The counter resets every 24 hours. The only resolution is waiting or upgrading.

AI forgets things between sessions: This is expected on the free tier (2–3 exchange memory) and Lite tier (14-day basic memory). Plus and above provide meaningful cross-session continuity.

Video generation not working: Requires Lite or higher subscription plus sufficient Moments. Short clips need ~50 Moments; full clips need ~600. Confirm both conditions before generating.

Slow responses: Peak-hour traffic causes delays. Off-peak times (late night or early morning US time) typically respond faster.
